Education

  • Master’s Degree with 2 years/ Bachelor’s degree with 4 years’ experience in information management, information systems, computer science, Information Science, data science, statistics, GIS, or a related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years for MSc degree/4 years for BSc degree experience in data/information management and analysis work, preferably with the humanitarian ecosystem is required.
  • Prior experience working in Ethiopian humanitarian sector is desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of current GIS software (ArcGIS, Google Earth, QGIS) desirable.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of Adobe Illustrator is desirable.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of database development desirable.
  • Experience in designing dashboards and infographics.
  • Experience in providing IM support services, with a customer-focused approach is desirable.
