Requirements:-

Minimum Qualifications:

·     MA/BA in Project Management or Educational Planning and Management (EDPM); Educational Leadership, Development Management; ECCD, or related field of studies.

·     Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in international NGOs, preferably in ECCD-related content dissemination.

·     Experience in implementing emergency programs related to education/ECCD.

·     Strong experience with gov’t stakeholders of education and health at the woreda level.

·     Computer literate.

·     Experience working with multicultural and diversified workforces.

·     Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.

·     Knowledge of local language is an asset.
